Flying with a REAL ID

Are you ready to make the change?

Starting May 7, 2025, the federal government required a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, state-issued enhanced driver's license, or another form of ID to board a domestic flight.  The REAL ID Act is enforced by the Department of Homeland Security and TSA.

 

REAL ID-compliant cards must have one of the following stars on the upper right portion of your driver’s license:
